Booking Terms

Please read the terms of booking carefully!

Business/Work Bookings

Due to site-wide restrictions imposed, guests travelling for work or business are not permitted to stay on site, and may be asked to leave site. Feel free to contact us before if you are unsure – apologies for the inconvenience!

Payment

  • 10% of total booking cost payable at time of booking.
  • Remaining balance to be paid in full no later than 28 days before the date of your arrival.

We do not currently charge for a damage deposit.

Changes to bookings

Extending your stay:

Guests can request to extend their booking, subject to the availability. Guests will be required to pay the difference in price for any additional days. Please contact us for a quote.

Shortening your stay:

Guests can request to shorten their booking, down to the minimum number of nights for the dates of their booking (e.g, 2 nights out of season, 7 nights during half term/summer holidays). Check our rates page for the minimum stay duration of your booking. The final price of your booking will be updated to reflect these changes. No refund will be provided for any deposit payed towards the booking, unless this exceeds the new total cost of the booking.

Moving your booking:

Guests can request to move their booking to an alternative date, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange this, and we will provide a quote for the new dates. Bookings can be moved up to 21 days before your current arrival date. Any requests to move the booking after this date may be approved at our discretion – please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by guests

We hope you don’t have to cancel your stay, but if you do, the following refund policy applies.

  • 90% of any payments made are refundable if cancelled 28 days or earlier before your arrival date.
  • 50% of any payments made refundable if cancelled 21 days or earlier before your arrival date.
  • 0% of any payments made are refundable if cancelled less than 21 days before your arrival date.

Cancellations due to COVID-19

Guests who cannot travel due to changes in government COVID-19 restrictions will be entitled to amend their booking free of charge, or cancel the booking for a full refund of any money paid. This may include changes to the Tier for the guests or for the holiday park, or if the UK enters a national lockdown.

Cancellations by us:

If we are unable to honour your booking, guests will be entitled to a full refund for any payments made at the time of cancellation.

House Rules

  • Keep Noise to a minimum after 11pm.
  • No bikes inside of the property.
  • Up to two dogs allowed per lodge.
  • Dogs are not permitted on the beds or furniture – please bring suitable bedding.
  • Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times. Refer to your confirmation email for the exact times.
  • Obey all COVID-19 safety measures while on site. See COVID-19 for more information about how we are keeping you safe.
  • Holiday bookings only – no travelling for work/business.
  • No Smoking inside of the properties.

Failure to abide by these house rules may result in guests being asked to leave the lodge, in which case no refund will be given.
