COVID-19 Information

At Springer Lodges, we are doing all we can to keep yourself, our team and everyone on site safe during your stay. Despite the progress we have all made over the past 18 months, COVID-19 still remains a threat. Our housekeeping team use fogging technology to sanitise our Lodges between stays, as well as reducing the number of staff in the property while cleaning. Care is being taken to ensure all surfaces which are commonly touched are sanitised.

As a result of these additional cleaning measures being implemented between stays, we regret that we cannot offer late checkout or earlier check ins at this time. Our check in time is from 4pm onwards and checkout is by 10am on the day of departure.

How you can help us:

  • Please ensure you adhere to the check out time of 10am on the day of your departure.
  • Please do not travel to us if you are self-isolating, or have tested positive for COVID-19.
  • Follow any safety guidelines on site where applicable.
  • If you develop COVID 19 symptoms while staying at one of our lodges, please take a test and contact us as soon as possible.
  • If you cannot travel due to changes in COVID 19 restrictions, we will not charge if you wish to postpone or cancel your booking with us. However we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make it!

Please be aware that guests not following the safety procedures may not be permitted to use the facilities on site, or may even be asked to leave site.
