Named after our beloved Springer Spaniel Toby, this spacious bungalow is the second to join Springer Lodges. Its modern, well laid out open plan living and kitchen area provides the perfect space to relax and socialise with family & friends.
Toby’s Place is perfect for groups of up to six people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including two twin bedrooms and a master double bedroom. The main bathroom is backed up by a second shower room to help with the bathroom queue in the mornings!
Situated inside of the Honicombe Holiday Village near Callington, Cornwall, there’s plenty of beaches, scenic walks and other attractions within a short driving distance, making Toby’s Place the perfect base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer.
As with all lodges at Springer Lodges, access to the on-site facilities is included as standard. Take advantage of all the leisure facilities Honicombe has to offer, including an indoor and seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness suite, games room, tennis courts and children’s play areas.
The south facing living and patio area provide space to relax in all weathers, with with fantastic views across the Tamar Valley AONB. Dedicated facilities for disposable barbecues allows for outdoor dining in the sun-trapped patio area.
All of the premium amenities you’d expect are included at Toby’s Place, including Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV with DVD player, filtered water on tap, dish washer, washing machine and a fully automated electric heating system.

Situated in Callington, Cornwall, near the Devon/Cornwall Border. Plenty to do on-site, or a great starting location to venture around Cornwall. Honicombe provides two swimming pools both indoor and outdoors, a well equipped fitness suite, convenience shop and The Honicombe Arms pub. Also on site are two childs play areas, tennis courts and a post office! Use of all of these facilities is included with your stay. There’s plenty to do around the site too, such as some beautiful country side walks, great pubs and a local donkey park with soft play.
